Meet Your Board
Rishée Paschal, Secretary
Rishée Paschal graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Adventist University. She then went on to pursue her Master’s degree from Walden University in Mental Health Counselling. Rishée has accumulated experience as a therapist in a mental health facility supporting those with dual diagnosis and high risk needs with restoring relationships within their families, identifying their needs as it relates to medication management and self-advocation. She then transitioned to be a Wraparound Coordinator for children and adolescents, working with families to meet common goals as it related to their familial and individual needs. This experience has led Rishée to relocating to her residence of birth in Bermuda. Rishée currently holds the position of Senior Counselor at Family Centre where she is a child and family counselor. In this role support is provided to children, adolescents, teens, parents and guardians. Rishée utilizes various modalities and interventions to support her clients in reaching their therapeutic goals. Rishée is passionate about helping others and supporting them in being their best selves. She appreciates how each client is different in their presenting concerns, needs, strengths and resources. In finding a career that she is passionate about, she also wanted to advocate for growth and positive change in this field and improving services for the well-being of the community. This is seen through her volunteer work through workshops she provided, her work with her sorority Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and her role as the General Secretary for the Bermuda Counseling Association.
