Tori A. Burgess

Tori A. Burgess, is a certified Marriage & Family Therapist, and a Nationally Certified Counselor. Receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, followed by a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health/ Marriage & Family Therapy at Barry University, Ms. Burgess is experienced in the conceptualization and therapeutic management of various mental health concerns, as well as social challenges.
Working overseas for a period following formal education, Ms. Burgess has gained a wealth of experience in effectively treating a vast array of clinical diagnoses in adults and children, ranging from mild behavioral concerns to severe perceptual distortion.
While currently providing Family Therapy to a designated caseload of children and families, Ms. Burgess, functions as a key member of a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals at Child & Adolescent Services, an acute psychiatric children’s hospital and outpatient mental health clinic.
In addition Ms. Burgess works with other professionals as well as community agencies to provide comprehensive, evidence-based clinical intervention to children and families in Bermuda.
